Locally Owned St. Louis Landscaping
Residential and commercial landscaping services for properties across the metro.
At M&P Landscaping, we keep St. Louis yards in shape week after week, all season long. Our residential landscaping services provide full-property care with detailed oriented crews that understand our team’s accountability approach and know that our clients and management staff have high expectations.
Our landscaping maintenance division covers everything beyond just the grass. Our services include mulching, pruning, planting and transplanting. All tasks are handled with the attention to detail bed work requires.
Our professional lawn care covers recurring services like sodding and turf repair projects as well as weekly mowing, trimming, edging and blowing, with crews that are trained to spot what needs attention every visit.
Our crews install segmental paver patios, retaining walls, flagstone, natural stone features, and boulder outcroppings, all built on aggregate bases without poured concrete or masonry work.
Our team assesses what’s happening with water on your property, and our drainage crews install the right solution, whether the issue is near your foundation, in a low-lying area, or along other spaces that reduce the usability of your outdoor living space.
Commercial landscaping doesn’t get easier when the property is bigger or the contract is larger. Attention to detail just becomes more visible. Our commercial landscaping service in St. Louis County includes work for HOAs, condo complexes, retail shopping developments, and manufacturing, warehouse and shipping facilities. The crew that shows up to a multi-family development brings the same standards we bring to a private residence. Whether you are looking for a one-year contract, or a multiple year agreement, we can help.
We’ve spent over 30 years building the kind of landscape company we would hire ourselves. We strive to respond to inquiries within 24 hours, take the time to do the small stuff right, and notice and notify you of the things on your property you’d want to know about. As a family-owned landscape company in St. Louis, we have handled weekly property maintenance for hundreds of properties and executed multi-year design-build projects with the same crews and the same standards since 1995.

Three decades of relationships, built one yard at a time.
“We have been M&P customers for three years. Two months ago they completed a major project for us. The M&P workers, as always, did an excellent job. They are professional, pay attention to details and clean up after the work is done. We plan to continue using M&P for future landscape projects and maintenance.”

“We began using them when they installed new sod in our front and side yards. We were very satisfied with that service and have continued to use them ever since. Our lawn is one of the best looking in the neighborhood.”

What’s the difference between lawn care and landscape maintenance?
Lawn care is about the grass; it’s your mowing, turf restoration and anything else turf related. Landscape maintenance covers seasonal clean ups and everything else in your yard, including mulching, pruning, and planting and transplanting. Most homeowners benefit from both, and we run them as two separate but coordinated service divisions so nothing is left unchecked.
Do you offer fertilization, weed control, or aeration?
Those services are handled by our sister company, St. Louis Ornamental & Turf. They specialize in turf programs and plant health care for the trees and shrubs in your landscape, and we work closely together so your entire property is getting expert attention from the right team.
How quickly can someone come look at my property?
We respond to new inquiries within 24 hours, and most homeowners hear from us the same day. Once we know what you’re looking for, we’ll schedule a free estimate visit at a time that works for you. Our team will walk the property with you, talk through your goals, and follow up with a written estimate.
